Not every organization sees the benefits of project management. Some organizations are down-right hostile to the idea. In this session Mark Phillips will focus on some key concepts to help explain or "sell" project management within your organization. We will also discuss who the right people are to talk to about project management and when to throw out the term itself and go stealth.
