In a perfect world somewhere, projects always come in on time and under budget. But alas, that perfect world is not the Nonprofit Technology norm. This session will address how to identify and manage risks associated with scheduling, budgets, human resources, and other factors that contribute to project success. Participants will be encouraged to bring their own stories and learnings to share with the group.
